When we are in trouble, we often experience the joy that makes our hearts happy; when we are too proud, we will feel disappointed and lost. Life is sometimes very strange. It is often the case that extreme happiness leads to sorrow, and things will turn into the opposite. As the saying goes, good fortune lies in the place where disasters lie, and disasters lie in the place where good fortunes lie, and they hide and transform each other. Because when we are proud, we often ignore the existence of danger, causing the danger to grow without us noticing. In a person’s life, there are always ups and downs, more or less, and it will not always be like the rising sun, nor will it always be miserable and destitute. When we are frustrated, we ignore the powerful factors, and do not know how to tap into advantages in difficulties, turn danger into safety, or enjoy ourselves in suffering. Self-pleasure should be experienced regardless of difficulties or good times.
烦恼中，却经常会体味到使心愉悦的乐趣；得意忘形时，便会出现令人失望失落的心情。生活有时很奇怪，经常乐极生悲，物极必反。所谓福兮祸之所伏祸兮福之所倚，相互潜藏转化。因为得意时往往忽略了危险的存在，造成危险地壮大而不觉。人的一生，或多或少，总有浮沉，不会永远如旭日东升，也不会永远痛苦潦倒。失意时又忽略有力的因素，不懂得如何在困难中挖掘优势，转危为安或苦中自我愉悦。自我愉悦，不关事困境顺境都应体会。
