陪族叔刑部侍郎晔及中书贾舍人至游洞庭
（五首其二）
南湖[1]秋水夜无烟，
耐可[2]乘流直上天？
且[3]就洞庭赊月色，
将船买酒白云边。
此诗为公元759年李白与李晔和贾至同游洞庭时所作。全组共五首，这一首最为出色。清澈的夜里，湖光山色，粼粼水波似乎直通天上银河。丰富浪漫的想象，夸张的表述，好一幅洞庭秋夜。月色如许，这样的境界下，最易使人忘怀。暂且就着湖里的月色倒影，当作是泛舟天上，像神仙一样在云边沽酒。诗人即景发兴，酣畅淋漓，好似一幅浓墨泼就的山水画。

On Lake Dongting[1]

Vaporless is the Southern Lake on autumn night.
Could we be borne to Heaven by the rising tide?
If we could borrow from Lake Dongting the moonlight
To guide us skyward,we’d drink with clouds by our side.

This poem was written by Li Bai in 759 AD when he traveled to Dongting Lake with Li Ye and Jia Zhi. There are five poems in the whole set, and this one is the most outstanding. In the clear night, the lake and mountains are beautiful, and the sparkling water seems to reach the Milky Way in the sky. Rich and romantic imagination, exaggerated expression, what a picture of Dongting Lake in autumn night. The moonlight is so bright, and such a state is the easiest to make people forget. For the time being, let’s take the reflection of the moonlight in the lake as if we are boating in the sky, like a fairy drinking wine by the clouds. The poet is inspired by the scene, and it is like a landscape painting splashed with thick ink.
