"Four Quatrains in Ode to the Orchid of the Same Heart" is a seven-character quatrain by Qian Qianyi, a poet of the Qing Dynasty.
咏同心兰

并头容易共心难，
香草真当目以兰。
不似西陵[1]凡草木[2]，
漫将啼眼[3]引郎看。
注释：
[1]西陵：今杭州孤山一带。
[2]凡草木：这里比喻南齐钱塘名妓苏小小，而香草代指诗人爱妾柳如是。
[3]啼眼：指露珠。

Not living side by side but loving heart to heart,
This fragrant grass indeed may be called Orchid Flower.
Unlike the common lakeside grass which grows apart,
Her dewy eyes attract her love from hour to hour.
