In the last years of the Eastern Han Dynasty, the political corruption, the people’s suffering, and the rise of heroes. Liu, Guan and Zhang Taoyuan have sworn to save the poor. After the failure of the Huangjin Uprising, Liu Bei served as Anxi County Lieutenant. The postman who went to the county for performance appraisal demanded bribes and abused the people, angered Zhang Fei and beat him up. The three brothers returned the seal and went to Youzhou.
