照 日 深 红 暖 见 鱼
连 溪 绿 暗 晚 藏 乌
黄 童 白 叟 聚 睢 盱。
麋 鹿 逢 人 虽 未 惯
猿 猱 闻 鼓 不 须 呼
归 家 说 与 采 桑 姑。

Zhao ri shen hong nuan jian yu
Lian xi lu an wan cang wu
Huang tong zi sou ju sui xu.
Mi lu feng ren sui wei guan
Yuan nao wen gu bu xu hu

Setting sun, warming deep water exposes the fish
Small stream joins the green vegetation, darkening sky hides the crows
Children with the old men gather in awe and happiness.
Chinese deer not used to all of these people
Monkeys hear their drums, gather and shout
People return home, tell their tales to the stay-at-home farm wives.
