Zhang Lei

"Summer" is a seven-character quatrain written by Zhang Lei of the Song Dynasty. This poem was written when the poet was dismissed from office and lived in the countryside. After the poet was dismissed from office and returned to his hometown, he wrote three poems on this topic, and this is one of them.
