In just 28 words, a quatrain can depict the beauty of plum blossoms not only because of its innovative concept, but also because the poet can capture the characteristics of early plum blossoms, such as their color (pure white), location (remote), season (early spring), temperament (cold resistance), and posture (graceful), from observations of real life. Through artistic refinement and summarization, and using vivid and vivid metaphors such as “white jade strips” and “winter snow pressing branches”, the poet vividly and vividly shapes the appearance and temperament of early plum blossoms, making life emit a sense of beauty that is beyond admiration.
