《渡浙江问舟中人》是唐代诗人孟浩然（一作崔国辅）的作品。此诗通过“引领”遥望和向舟中人探问，表现对越地的向往。首句即写“江落潮平”，点明正适宜轻舟快渡，但诗人却“时时引领”遥望，足见心情的急切。末句一问，寄托着对越地山川之美的渴慕。全诗笔调朴素，意境浑融。
