burst open.
Everywhere new brick stoves inside painted pavilions.
Pretty ladies covet warm sleep behind mandarin duck and drake curtains.
Too lazy to clean up and preen.
One evening, outdoor jade pot of water with a frozen surface.
Tower top, all four sides with curtains not rolled up.
Sky cold, distant mountains with faded colors.
Violent winds, wild geese flying patterns broken up.
Bright red sunset.
Rivers and sky expect snow clouds to blow about.
